Storage:
Up to 3 days- Room temperature in a paper bag, clean kitchen towel, or an airtight container.
For a softer crust- A plastic or airtight bag will keep the bread softer but may cause it to become soggy or mold faster.
For a crispier crust- A paper bag or linen bag allows the bread to breathe and keeps the crust crisp.
Freeze for up to 3 months- Wrap the flatbread in plastic wrap or freezer paper, then place it in a freezer-safe bag or airtight container.
Reheating frozen flatbread-
Thaw: Let the flatbread thaw in the refrigerator.
Reheat: Sprinkle with a little water and reheat in a dry skillet, microwave, or toaster oven until soft and warm.
