At Blessed Loaves, every loaf, sweet, and treat is crafted with love and care — using only Organic & All-Natural ingredients, just as God intended. Because our baked goods are made fresh to order, all sales are final. However, we understand that life (and shipping) can sometimes bring surprises, so we gladly review any valid concerns under the following circumstances:

Delivery Delays

If your order has not arrived within 2 days past the expected delivery window, please reach out to us right away.
We’ll review the situation, and if verified delays have occurred beyond that timeframe, we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Damaged or Defective Goods

Should your order arrive damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us serve you best, kindly provide photo proof of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, we’ll make it right — either with a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstance.

Food Safety & Allergies

Our products are made with thoughtfully chosen, wholesome ingredients.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review all listed ingredients prior to purchase and consumption.
Because each body reacts differently, Blessed Loaves cannot be held responsible for any illness, allergic reaction, or other adverse effect once the product has been purchased or consumed.
